Botanical Character : Annual, herbaceous bushy shrub. Leaves 7-10 cm, orbicular-cordate, acuminate, dentate, hispid along the nerves on both surfaces. Flowers axillary, solitary, peduncle 2.5 cm, calyx hispid, deeply 5-parted, segments ovate-lanceolate. Corolla yellow, staminal tube very short, carpels 15-20, oblong, truncate, pubescent. Seeds dark brown, covered with stellate hairs.
